Atlas Shrugged symbolizes a culturethat starts to witherwhen independent thinkers and doers, those free men and menstart to bedemonized and even punished through taxation and ridicule for their accomplishments.
The irony is thatsociety had been far more prosperous byrewarding self-reliance and individual achievement.
May we this day give homage to the likes of the mythical John Galt, whoexemplifies laissez-faire capitalismand to liberty and property rights, our constitutional heritage.
